The Challenge
Hygge & West needed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to boost their online presence, increase conversion rates, and engage their growing customer base. The brand sought ongoing monthly support for conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing.

What We Did
Our partnership with Hygge & West focused on the following key services:

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
We implemented a series of CRO initiatives to enhance user experience, improve site navigation, and drive higher conversions. Our work included mobile site improvements, A/B testing of product pages, and feature additions like a shoppable Instagram feed to enhance user engagement and streamline the customer journey. We also focused on optimizing the desktop and mobile experiences to improve average order values and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
We worked on improving the technical SEO of the site, targeting key pages to increase their ranking in search results and drive organic traffic. Our strategy included optimizing meta descriptions, headings, and URLs, as well as focusing on improving the ratio of top-performing pages. We identified and targeted market opportunities through ongoing keyword research and competitor analysis, which helped boost visibility and ranking for key products and collections.

Email Marketing
