The platform migration and enhancement for Avvika involved the following key implementations:

Seamless Platform Migration & Onboarding

We performed a comprehensive 1-to-1 migration of Avvika’s digital storefront, moving all products, customer data, and order history to the Shopline platform. The process was meticulously planned to ensure data integrity and a zero-downtime launch, providing a smooth and uninterrupted transition for both the Avvika team and their customers.

Responsive, High-Performance Storefront

We developed a new, custom-themed storefront focused on creating a faster and fully mobile-friendly environment. Leveraging Shopline's modern architecture, we drastically improved page load speeds and optimized the user experience across all devices. The result is a sleek, intuitive interface that reflects Avvika's modern brand and makes shopping effortless.

Global Commerce & Localization

To prepare Avvika for international expansion, we implemented Shopline's powerful global commerce features. This included setting up multi-currency and multi-language capabilities, allowing Avvika to offer a localized shopping experience to customers in different regions, a critical step in building a global brand.

Omnichannel Sales & Social Commerce Integration

We integrated Avvika’s new store with key social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. By leveraging Shopline's social commerce tools, we enabled seamless 'Shop Now' functionality directly from social posts and profiles, creating a powerful new sales channel and allowing Avvika to sell where their audience is most engaged.

Advanced Marketing & Promotion Tools

We configured and enabled Shopline’s suite of advanced marketing tools. This included setting up a flexible discount engine for targeted promotions, implementing abandoned cart recovery sequences to recapture lost sales, and establishing the framework for a future customer loyalty program to boost retention.

Streamlined Operations & Order Management

The new Shopline environment provides Avvika with a unified, easy-to-use dashboard for managing all aspects of their e-commerce operations. We streamlined their workflows for order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and customer management, significantly improving day-to-day operational efficiency.
